How do I check a lot?

Enter the lot code printed on the vial — or the compound name — in the verification widget. It returns the compound, the net content, the published purity, and the report number for that exact lot.

Why does each size have its own lot?

Because each fill size is a separate production run. A 5 mg vial and a 10 mg vial of the same compound are tested separately and carry different reports. Selecting a size on a product page switches the lot, the certificate, and the batch history with it.

What happens when a lot sells out?

It stops being orderable but its report stays published, and it stays searchable in the verification widget. Past reports are part of the record, not marketing material to be removed.

How fast do orders ship?

Stocked references dispatch within 24 hours on business days. Made-to-order references take 10 to 15 business days. Everything ships insulated with a cold-pack, tracked by FedEx Express Premium.

Where do you ship?

Checkout currently covers the United States and Canada. Orders leave our fulfilment centre in Spain by FedEx Express Premium, tracked end to end, and arrive in 24 to 72 hours. Canadian orders are subject to 5% GST.

Can I order at wholesale pricing?
